Hi its been a while since I wrote, but I just started a weight loss journey and would to share my experience. I want to lose weight and fit for my self and my kids. I want to be able to physical able to give them the attention they require. I also want to be healthy for myself to help prevent disease and be in good health. Hopefully will be the key to a long life. I started P90x and it is a 90 program to help me reach my longterm goals of being health and fit. Get fit and in shape can not only benefit my health but also keep me look great, I want to feel good on inside and out.. Be sure to comment, let me know your thoughts. Thanks for visiting.
