YES.. me and my husband made that!! Tonight was sort of rough, but we got through it. I have been wanting to try to make egg rolls for some time now. Just never was in the mood, or really never knew how to do it. My friend made some egg rolls and told me that it wasnt so hard. So finally after 2months of saying that I was gonna try it. I just did. Well my husband helped. For dinner we had sweet and sour pork, fried rice and egg rolls. It really was pretty easy. We did burn the first 2, because the fire was too high. We had to open the doors and cut fans on. The kids were complaining about there eyes burning. Sorry..lol. But the end result was great. The food was delicious in my opinion, and by the way everybody else cleaned they plate, Im guessing it was good to them too. For some reason, my husband never like asian food. So I was suprised that he offered to help cook. I must say our team work together produce a mighty meal. Also, it was good time for us to spend together, and it fun. We must try this again.
sounds like fun. i love egg rolls myself. maybe one day i will take the time and watch my lady prepare some. ha.
